Sorry about that! I thought about our counterpart Joomla version which you could use the subject field as that. This is somewhat different in the WordPress version, so I have added the option in Email > Email subject suffix to use Name field as a suffix. Please download the 2.3.4 version to see it.

You can change the Name field with the Subject field in Fields tab.

Hi, I am not sure on what do you mean, do you need newline characters? If so, in HTML you have to use <br> tags, also you do not need to add this in the database, you can do so (along with any other HTML tags) in the ‘Email message to User’ field in the form settings.

Hi, that definitely isn’t added by our form, rather by some JavaScript on your site. Please contact us using our support form, we might be able to see what is causing that.
