In reply to: [upPrev — Next Post Slide-in Box] Error In SQL SyntaxAlright. I will raise this issue in General forum. However this error disappeared once I disabled the plugin, so I guess either it’s is conflicting with some other plugin or has general compatibility issue with WordPress 3.2.
BTW is “upPrev Previous Post Animated Notification” compatible with wordpress 3.2.1? I never tried it with the latest release.
Thanks for the help ??
Not a problem ??
It’s just that the db looks neat ?? Nothing more, nothing less.
And a similar error was registered by upPrev Notification plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-in-sql-syntax-1?replies=1
Created a ticket there too!
And I have updated to wordpress 3.2 (yay!), just wanted to confirm if Relevanssi works with it.
P.S: The front end seems to be working just fine ??
Also, I emailed you about 3 empty tables created by Relevanssi. Is it safe to drop them?

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Causing massive CPU loadSorry but for me the problem persists despite updating to latest version ??

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Causing massive CPU loadIf you want I can give you cpu specific information but you’ll have to be patient. I don’t know much about VPS ??

In reply to: [Relevanssi - A Better Search] Causing massive CPU loadSomething similar is happening with me. After installing plugin (cache disabled, remember the issue I complained about earlier?) the cpu load doubled, from 0.62 to 1.30 and continues to be the same. Any suggestion to reduce cpu load?
Alright then. I’ll give it a shot. This plugin is too good to ignore ??
Search tagging plugin makes the most use of search function. So yeah, search is frequently used.
And I made the plugin clear cache once in 2 days unaware of the fact that this might happen.
I do understand and respect relevanssi as a plugin and its usefullness but I cannot be a trouble for my webhost anymore. Can you assure that the same issue will not arise after disabling cache?
Thanks for the quick reply ??
Gah. So that did solve the issue but when I open https://techvorm.com then some blog post’s title is shown on home page. And when I open https://www.techvorm.com then everything works just fine.
I know this has got something to do with redirection but i am not sure what to edit. Please help.
Got the fix. Silly me :/
Checking Force rewrite titles wasn’t for me. I had to manually replace the code in header.php
@ovidiu Yes, it’s of no use in sidebar but it’s worth it when shown just above/blow comment form.
Regarding your suggestion, I think putting a ‘check box’ below comment form will only confuse the reader i.e to write a comment and submit or submit by just entering the emaill address.
I did mean developing a mobile app but NOT specific to iphone. I meant something which will work for all the phones.
