rename “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page”

    Hi,
    is it possible to rename this phrase “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page” that appears when you do not have access to certain pages in a site created in wordpress?

    It depends on where that message came from. There is no phrase in WP core exactly like that, though there are other phrases that serve a similar purpose. The message is likely from your theme or a plugin. If that theme or plugin uses one of the translation functions to translate the phrase into the current language, you can use the “gettext” filter to watch for the phrase and alter it when it comes through the filter.
