We have the same problem with v7.5.2. After downgrading to v7.4.8, everything works as expected.

ZIP code in Poland include dash (-). All polish customer enter ZIP with “-“. Also I enter Poland ZIPs in eserviss.dpd.lv with “-” when create new package manually, and It works well. This is bug in plugin, please fix it.

Polish postal codes are 5 digits written as DD-DDD while the first digit symbolizes the postal region.
