I ran into the same issue just a few days ago. If you look into your header.php, you should see the css rules for #cimy_div_id_0. Make the following change should solve your problem.

From:
*margin: 0em auto 1em auto;

To
margin: 0em auto;

After investigating my site under Firebug, it turned out my question was not related to this plug-in per se.

Nonetheless, I would like to see if we can make the captions clickable, just like the images themselves. I looked into the PHP but could not figure it out.
