In reply to: Unknown error in html codeHi,
Just a quick update, so others can benefit if they have anything similar going on. Turns out it was a plugin called ‘SEO Smart Links’ causing the issues.

In reply to: Unknown error in html codeOkay thanks for the answers. I think it is the theme, rather than a plugin. Any idea which folder the code might be? e.g. header.php ect and what to lookout for?

I think I didn’t wait long enough. It seems to be working fine now.
Thanks anyway,

In reply to: Trouble with manual installation on 1and1.co.ukWhen I try to select the home directory on it, the only option I have is /wp-admin and not the normal /wordpress. Is that a sign that I’ve done something wrong?
Thanks,

In reply to: Trouble with manual installation on 1and1.co.ukI uploaded it to just the main domain, not a sub domain or anything if that’s what you mean?
Thanks,

In reply to: Moving WordPress to a new URLNo, it’s the same hosting account, just a change in the website address. I have read that article before, but I couldn’t identify where I fit in. If I have to do the 15 step guide, then I have no idea where to start.
Thanks,

In reply to: Moving WordPress to a new URLI’m not entirely sure what the difference is. I’m looking to keep the website content the same, but just have a different URL. Could you explain what you mean by moving the site to a new place on my domain name please?
Thanks,

In reply to: How do you have two blogs on one site? Thanks for the reply,
Basically I’ve added ‘Betting Tips’ and ‘News’ as categories and put them on the Menu and now when you click on any of them, it deletes the menu. What I am trying to achieve is having two separate blogs that are in different tabs in the Main Menu. Are there any alternatives to the method I’ve already tried?
Thanks,
PeteI think what ypu said may have actually just about sorted it. Is there a way of changing the custom URL of a category to be just /news instead of /category/news?
Hi, thanks for the reply. The site is https://www.bet-bet-bet.co.uk/ . Basically, I want to have one blog dedicated to news, so I can get on NewsNow and drive some extra traffic to the site, then another blog about football betting, so I can keep them separate and keep the site easy to navigate
