Yes. After more testing I don’t think this blank feed is the issue. I think it is the next one but same newspaper.

These 2 have a few long media file names and have a + sign in the file names so maybe that caused the issue.
Have trashed all 3. Not a big deal at this stage. Just happy to get beyond this.

Ran the update again. This time it read 50 or 60 more feeds, then stopped at https://www.npr.org/rss/rss.php?id=1006 No problem with this feed previously.

I don’t see anything weird in it but trashed it, ran the update again and this time it read every feed.

Even got a little video running on the Sports page. Cool!!!

This currently has no posts but I’ve pulled posts from it previously.

Am going to trash this feed and run another update.

Not sure if you looked at it or not. Was not working during the night so I kicked it off manually again. Now it seems to be working ok. Also had some weird display of data earlier in the feed list – maybe a funky control character or something messing up the display – but that has cleared up also.

Did that. Also saved settings in Global and Autopost. No joy.

Deactivated ALL plugins, then activated multi, then wp-control. Still no cron jobs for multi.

Not sure what else to check.

Just kicked off a manual Global update now.

Thanks. That will save me from getting those old posts from RSS feeds that are not cleaned up regularly.

No longer have the option in Global Settings for limiting feed items to X days back…Are you going to add that into another update or do I need to update this each time after plugin update?

I had the problem of the 2 images. It was in 1 particular rss feed (forgotten which one). Since I have over 200 RSS feeds and wanted to keep the Excerpt and Featured Image option in Autopost, I just stopped using that rss feed. Have not seen this issue since in thousands of posts.

I think I had just unclicked force feed by then.

Running a full feed update now. Takes a while since I have so many feeds. Will check it again then.

Yes I know. Just thought that since I had specified it in autopost and it couldn’t get to it, that it might cause a problem for the plugin.

Would like to email you a section of the debug log that might point to why I am not getting feed items if you are ok with that.

For this website, I don’t post anything manually. Everything comes in via your plugin.

Yes, I have the title set for the external site in autopost and that works great.

Would it be possible to have an option for setting the image url also?

And for passing the external url to the theme widgets?

And while I am at it… would you consider adding another widget that does the same thing as current widget but the selection would be on wp category?
