I will try a different email – but this is the fourth time of trying and I am now 9 days on from contacting you the first time. I am pretty patience but clearly something needs to be improved in your support system.
The website has no means of telling me what the ticket number is and I have no idea if you are replying to me, when I send an enquiry I don’t get a confirmation email or anything.
If i don’t get a further response I will move to another provider. Which is a shame as the software seems great.Good afternoon. I’ve had no reply which suggests to me that the replies are not getting to me.
Is there any other way of communicating with you other than that contact form?I have just done so – but this is the third time sending a support ticket through your website. The previous two I never got an email back.

I’ve put there a number of orders through with the extra product options on the order. When I’ve then followed your instructions as above and get to the stage
select the field from the “Order item fields” drop-down
None of the available options are there.
They are added as builder checkboxes with multiple fields under the ‘Populate options’. Have I added the fields to the right place for them to be picked up by Advanced Order Export?

I am not sure what field I am meant to selecting to output a list of the add-on products.

I am 100% sure I’ve done it correct as I’ve setup up hundreds of keys for clients.

Snap – I’ve kept with 2.9.8 on all 120+ of the websites I run.
It’s annoying as I have the problem globally across multiple sites – so sure it isn’t theme based.

For some reason when I migrated servers it created brand new pages with the tickets on them.
I deleted them and change the pages in Settings and its all working.

I Personally would put the minium price of 2USD which would allow the user to enter 2USD.
Then with the Price.php simply change the code
<h5 itemprop="price" class="price">Minimum Price: <?php echo $product->get_price_html(); ?></h5>
With something similar to:
<h5 itemprop="price" class="price">Suggested Price: $10</h5>
It would appear that the price is $10 but still allow people to enter $2
