i have added a country shortcode to version 0.9.6. check it out.

i looked into the issue. unfortunately, the latest version of google maps breaks the multiple marker color feature. it appears to be a known issue without a solution. there’s an open bug ticket for it.

1. I am thinking about switching the tags to support the mobile app.
2. good point about the post status, i ll have to include that.

i am not sure when i ll get time to update the plugin with these features.

unfortunately the plugin doesnt analysis the location. The logical would have to be rewritten to throw out duplicate locations.

Heres a simple test to make sure its not google.

go to https://code.google.com/oauthplayground/ (logged into google account)

1. select google latitude and click authorize
2. click exchange authorization code for tokens
3. paste the following url into the request uri textbox:
https://www.googleapis.com/latitude/v1/location?max-results=20&granularity=city&fields=items%28latitude%2Clongitude%2CtimestampMs%2Caccuracy%29

4. click send request

The response should appear in green on the right hand

If this works then the problem is either with my plugin or your web server.

thanks for trying my plugin, sorry it took so long to get back to you. I just got home from my own trip to the UK.

I checked out your site and my plugin is not injecting the necessary javascript files into theme’s footer so the map is not rendering. I downloaded your theme and the latest version of wordpress and it worked. Maybe its another plugin is conflicting with it. what plugins are you using and what version of wordpress?
