Hi there,
I no longer work on the project as of 3 months ago. I don’t have a Facebook group and I’ve just seen your LinkedIn message (I never use LinkedIn).
I am also no longer in charge of the PayPal account, the plugin, website or anything related to the plugin anymore so you will need to take it up with the new owners who will hopefully resolve it for you in a timely manner.
All the best
Peter

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Using Relative Div for ButtonHey there,
Can I ask why you are using a custom trigger and not sticking with the default of
#responsive-menu-pro-button
? I’m not quite following why you need a custom trigger here? The menu itself is inside your custom trigger of
.fullmenu
so any clicks inside that (including on the menu container) will trigger the closing of the menu again. It’s the custom trigger that is causing all the issues and I’m not sure why you are using one.
Please let me know

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Using Relative Div for ButtonHey there,
I think the issue is that you have changed the Trigger to
#fullmenu
, however you have 2 elements with an ID of#fullmenu
on the page which is invalid HTML and as such the JavaScript can’t trigger properly. Is there a reason you are using that trigger? Changing it to a class may solve the issue or if not leaving it as the default is advisable.
I would always advise running your site through a HTML validator before going live as you can see using the tool below that your site has fatal HTML errors that are unrecoverable from at the moment and need fixing:
https://validator.w3.org/nu/#textarea
I hope that helps.

Hey Ron,
I’ve just tested this and it worked fine for me. Is it only specific browsers/devices you are having issues with or everywhere?
I went to your website, then to the Web Design page. I then opened the menu and clicked the Home link which took me back to the home page as expected.
Can you please let me know what I’m missing here or how to replicate the issue?
Peter

It’s a strange issue this. I’d probably need to sit with you and go through all the code to debug it properly.
Are you happy with the solution you have at the moment?
Please let me know

You are welcome. Good luck!
You are welcome, I hope it helps! ??
Hey there
Relative is a CSS concept to do with positioning. There is a good article below that may help out with understanding.

Hey there,
Transparent colours are a Pro option I’m afraid. You could do this yourself via your own CSS if you are proficient enough in CSS.
I hope that helps.
