In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Cannot change Menu Font TypeHey there,
This doesn’t sound like an issue with my plugin. My plugin doesn’t do any magic with fonts. It just adds a basic CSS value to reference the font.
When I checked earlier that font wasn’t installed on your site so it sounds like a question for the theme authors potentially?
As you say the font is only there when you add a custom header so that sounds like a theme question.
Please advise
Peter
Hey there,
These options are all in the Button section of the plugin.

Are you saying the options aren’t working?
Peter
Hey there,
All of these options are available in the Button section of the plugin.
https://responsive.menu/docs/basic-setup/button/#container-background
Sre you saying the options aren’t working when you change them?
Peter
Hey there,
That Screenshot link doesn’t work. I get a Not Found error.
If you are talking about the hamburger then you just need to change the button colour options. I assume you have tried those already?

Hey there,
I’ve just checked your site and you aren’t using the accordion menu as you only have one menu item so an accordion doesn’t make sense.
You change the colours from the menu and sub menu background colour items. Have you tried changing those yet?
Peter
Hey there,
You haven’t explained what you mean by accordion menu and have you set all the menu and sub menu background colours yet?
Please advise
Peter
Hey there,
You haven’t explained what you mean by accordion menu and where you want to move it to?

Hey there,
Please provide a site URL so and explain what you mean by accordion menu and where you want to move it to so I can advise?
Peter
Hey there,
Can you please point me to a site URL and let me know exactly which part you want to change from black.
I don’t know what you mean by accordion menu but you can change all the background colours of all of the menu and sub menu items from the admin.
Please advise

It’s strange. It does feel like the font doesn’t get installed in certain combinations of options or something strange like that.
Are you saying it’s working now?

My plugin doesn’t come with any fonts but yeah you can try Arial as that is a default browser font.
Please let me know how that goes.

That might be a question for your theme developers.
I would assume that they only install the font if you select it. If you haven’t selected it for anything at all such as a logo then it would be bad of them to install the font.

I can see the menu font working now and matching the text on your site.

Unfortunately that doesn’t show the font installed, that’s just a screenshot of your theme admin. I don’t know if your theme is working or installing it properly.
In your actual source code I don’t see it which is why I’m asking. As you say the Logo doesn’t have a font so that’s not a good reptesentation of if the font is installed or not.
Can you place some text on your site using the font you want so I can compare and see that the font is actually installed and working on your site?
Please let me know

Looking at your source HTML I don’t see that font installed on your site.
Can you show me somewhere else on your site that the font is being used so I can compare the two sections?
