In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Cannot change Menu Font TypeHey there,
Unfortunately you haven’t provided me with your site URL to check.
Also, is that actually what the font is called when used in CSS or just a user friendly visual representation of it?
Please advise
Peter
Hey there,
Thank goodness for that! Sorry for the inconvenience you had during this time. I think I will need to relook at using 3rd party libraries in a plugin as they don’t play nicely together when more than one plugin tries to use them.
A good learning experience for sure, even after 5 years of running this plugin!
Thanks again
Peter
Hey there,
I’ve released a new patch 3.1.24. Can you download that when it’s available and let me know if it fixes your issues for you.
All the best
Peter
Hey there,
Sure. You will see the update available in your WordPress admin plugin list but I will let you know here too ??
Peter
Hey there,
It looks like my update to the latest version of Twig has caused an issue if you have another plugin installed that also uses Twig but is using an older version.
I am currently working on the fix and will release it as soon as it is complete.
Thank you for your patience at this time!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Sub Menu LocationHey there,
That’s one of the basic features built in to the Free version. You just need the
Appear From
option under theContainer
section as per the docs below:https://responsive.menu/docs/basic-setup/container/#animation
I hope that helps
Peter
Hey Moonyell,
Excellent, I’m glad it’s working well for you now. Do let me know if you need any further help in future.
All the best
Peter
Hey there,
There shouldn’t be any issues with that. If it’s 50px down from the top on one screen it will be on all.
Can you show me it not working?
Peter
Hey there,
Sure it can only show up in one place. I assume your theme has 2 separate menus whereas my plugin is just 1.
All the best
Peter
Hey there,
My plugin can’t automatically update any existing menus in a theme, it builds it’s own menu separately which you configure from the admin and then you can decide what to do with the old ones. You can either hide them via the Hide Original Menu option in my plugin or remove them from code completely if you have access to the template files.
I hope that clears it up a bit for you.
If you have any other questions please let me know!
Peter
Hey there,
I would need a site URL to check it as it’s almost impossible to be able to see without.
However, I’m not sure I understand what you mean by it both appearing at the top and bottom of the page. The menu won’t show in 2 places, I’m a bit confused as to why you would expect it to show twice.
Can you please advise?

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Admin dashboard font changeHey there,
Do you mean just my plugins admin area or your whole dashboard changes?
My dashboard uses Helvetica so that is expected but shouldn’t affect the rest of your admin, do you have any screenshots?
Please advise
Peter
