CDN are not a general problem. The problem lies in the export of data to Amazon, a US company. From a data protection point of view, this export is only permitted with consent.

Obtaining consent with this tool makes no sense. "Do you want us to export your data to the US so you can see that we have 5 stars?" That question would be absurd.

I didn't load any reviews at all, but already reduced the tool to the view of the stars. Nevertheless, the javascript and the SVG of the stars were loaded via AWS.

I would be happy if I had an automatic update of the stars and if everything that is necessary for this in the frontend is loaded locally. (JS, Star SVG).

Die Rechtsabteilungen der TOP 100 haben auch keine Einwilligung als akzeptabel erachtet, weil es halt wirtschaftlich superlukrativ war …

Die notwendigen Dienste sind NICHT einwilligungspflichtig, müssen daher auch nicht in das Popup. Wir raten auch dringend davon ab, diese ins Popup zu geben.

Button “Alles akzeptieren”: Startet alle Dienste, auch die notwendigen.
Button: “Nichts akzeptieren”: Startet keinen Dienst, au?er die notwendigen.
Button: “Auswahl akzeptieren”: Startet die ausgew?hlten Dienste und die notwendigen.

Eine Vorauswahl darf nicht getroffen werden. Vorankreuzen ist illegal und führt zu keiner rechtskonformen Einwilligung. Einziger Workaround: “Alles akzeptieren” Button. Der ist zul?ssig, wenn “nichts akzeptieren” genauso einfach m?glich ist, was bei uns der Fall ist.

Hi, wir unterstützen aktuell leider kein AMP und habe das auch nicht kurzfristig geplant.

Wir sind dem Thema AMP aber nicht grunds?tzlich abgeneigt, br?uchten aber einen AMP-Profi, der uns erkl?ren kann / will, was bei AMP m?glich / notwendig ist.

Speziell durch die neue Architektur unserer Cloud-Variante (ab Mitte / Ende Mai 2020) w?re die Implementierung einer (wohl feature- und codeseitig schlankeren?) “Mutation” für AMP wohl ein überschaubares Problem.

Wenn wir also wissen, was zu tun ist, kann durchaus sein, dass wir das schnell realisieren k?nnen.
