I was having this same issue of only 1 slider showing at a time on a page. Each slider with a different CSS id.
Tried all of the solutions listed here, turns out that the problem was a conflict with the NextGEN Scroll Gallery plugin. On disabling that plugin multiple sliders are showing up on the same page now.
