re Your high bounce rate – check the “Acquisition -> All traffic -> Channels” in Google Analytics then look at the “Referral” sites.

Likely you have a bunch of spam referring sites that are causing this. You can tell by the high bounce rate from referral sites like SEO-Success.com etc – all have 100% bounce rate.

Use something like ZenCache plug in to have these sites blocked.

This is a major issue and causing skewed stats in your Analytics

I thought everything was very clear in terms of what is premium and what was not. In the end the standard features were way beyond what I needed. We paid premium however for the outstanding support alone.
