In reply to: [SEO Plugin by Squirrly SEO] Deactivate Google FontsHi Dominik,
After looking more into this GDPR law, it seems that it won’t affect either you or us.
We don’t directly call the Google font using an API, but have it as an actual file that we use. This way, they can’t get any data and send it away, and also, the only data it gets are the IPs, which is a trivial thing to find these days by anybody with an internet connection.

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] CloudPanel + Nginx + Varnish CachePlease check once more if you have vhost set in Nginx and follow the instructions here:
https://hidemywpghost.com/how-to-configure-hide-my-wp-on-nginx-web-server-with-virtual-private-server/What you tried is in the main config file, but in vhost it should go into the directory
/etc/nginx/conf.d/ or /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/
and see if it somehow you don’t have a config with the name of the site
There you can also find the disclaimer of WordPress rules:
try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?$args;If you can’t find it, talk to the host and explain where to put the include line from HMWP Ghost.
That is no problem. You can reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll continue there.
Hi @kunal1123
Could you please send us your website URL to check this out?
Also, a screenshot of the Disable options from Hide My WP Ghost will be really helpful.Thank you!

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] CloudPanel + Nginx + Varnish CacheThe port didn’t need to be changed, just to put the included line where port 80 is.
The best and safest way to move forward would be to follow this tutorial

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] CloudPanel + Nginx + Varnish CacheI see, thank you for the screenshots, it’s really helpful.
You should put listen 80; where the port 80 is, not on 8080.Please check you have vhost on Nginx and follow the instructions here:

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] CloudPanel + Nginx + Varnish CacheHi @nurkamol,
Thank you for reaching out.
Please enable Priority Loading from Hide My WP > Advanced > Compatibility and give it another go. This should do the trick.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] astra theme woocommerce star.woffCan you please make us a staging website as a clone because we tried it out and it works fine with this theme for us. So it could be caused by something else but we can’t tell without having access to it.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] astra theme woocommerce star.woffHi @waltmagic,
We are happy to hear that you enjoy using our plugin.
Unfortunately, I don’t believe that the issue is coming from Hide My WP Ghost. You can double-check this by disabling the plugin and seeing if the issue is still occurring. What we could suggest is to enable Hide My Wp > Advanced > Priority Loading.

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] Wordfence Modified Plugin FileHi there,
There are some updates in the plugin that are not added as a new version yet.
This is what Wordfence noticed. A way to clear the notification is to download the HMWP Ghost plugin from WordPress again and to add it at Plugins > Add New and replace the current version.
This way you get the latest version updates of the plugin.
Or you can wait until tomorrow when we add a new version to the plugin.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] webinoly nginxHi @anklavbot,
If you do NOT have the same configuration as in this Nginx tutorial
https://hidemywpghost.com/how-to-setup-hide-my-wp-on-nginx-server/then you should ask the host if there is something different from the Nginx setup.
You’ll have to search for the WordPress config line
try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?$args;Hi Paul,
We thank you for the good words and glad to hear that it’s helping you out.
As for notifications, we actually already have this and you can learn more by checking out the following article.

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] Seems to Block API’sHi Neiko,
Please to try to download the latest premium version of Hide My WP Ghost (not the free version), and DON’T disable the REST API in Hide My WP > Change Paths > API Security.
Also, we just added the option to whitelist IPs that pass security under Hide My WP > Change Paths > Level of Security.
Glad to help!

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] Login admin issueIf you chose the Safe Mode the login path will be website.com/newpath
In case it’s Ghost Mode, it will be website.com/ghost-login
These are the default paths we have.
If you changed it to a custom one you need to use website.com/yourcustompathShould you face difficulties here you have an article on how to disable the plugin which will remove all redirects we make.
https://hidemywpghost.com/hide-my-wp-how-to-disable-the-lugin-in-case-of-error/The login path can be changed from Hide My WP > Change Paths > Login Security.
Also, make sure to save your safe URL somewhere, such as a bookmark, so you always have a backdoor.
