In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] Where exactlyIf you are trying to login into WP admin you will have to use your WP account, not the HMWPG account.
In case it doesn’t work, here you have an article on how to disable the plugin.
https://hidemywpghost.com/hide-my-wp-how-to-disable-the-lugin-in-case-of-error/As for WP Engine, please make sure to follow this tutorial, or get in touch with their support to help you out with it. Should you contact them, don’t forget to send the new paths from the WP Engine notification you are receiving on the plugin.

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] 502 bad gateway frontend login testWhen you get 502 error is a server error and not a plugins error.
The error can be when some paths are changed and the server doesn’t how to handle them.
You can set the plugin in Safe Mode with the predefined paths and don’t change the admin path.
Switch off any login redirect from Hide My WP > Tweaks > Redirects
Here are some other solutions to fix the 502 error:

In reply to: [SEO Plugin by Squirrly SEO] Adding External Page to Squirrly SitemapSadly this is not possible to achieve, and even if it was, Google would still reject it, so I don’t think this is a realistic thing to do.

In reply to: [SEO Plugin by Squirrly SEO] Adding External Page to Squirrly SitemapOn the sitemap, you can only have pages/posts that are part of your site, so it’s not possible to add an external page that isn’t part of it.
Even if we would have this option GSC will throw an error because it doesn’t allow any external links on the sitemap.
i.e.
site1.com cannot be added to site2.com/sitemap.xmlYou’re most welcome!
While Hide My WP > Tweaks > Disable Options > Disable View Source is enabled Ctrl + U is disabled.
Ctrl + J is for the download history page for most browsers which sadly we can’t block.
Hi Liliana,
We have the following options which allow you to stop certain actions from being made:
Disable Right-Click
Disable Inspect Element
Disable View Source
Disable Copy/Paste
Disable Drag/Drop ImagesIn this case, I think that you can use the first 3 disable options to prevent them from accessing the videos.
For more details about the available features please take a look at this article
https://hidemywpghost.com/hide-my-wp-ghost-security-features/Note: you’ll have the option to apply or not the disable option for logged users and also the user roles.

Please deactivate all your plugins, after which, enable them one by one and check out which one is causing the issue.
Once you find the cause, contact the plugin author to look into it.We don’t believe that Suqirrly SEO is the problem as it never generated a 500 Error.

In reply to: [Hide My WP Ghost - Security & Firewall] HMWP prevent logging inHi @shygirl51,
It should be alright with version 6.0.23 because there are situations when the theme does not add reCaptcha in the login and HMWP Ghost is waiting to receive recaptcha and we added this exception in the last version.
