In reply to: [WooCommerce Upload My File] Accessing Uploaded FilesI have further information on my problem. I have successfully located the upload path and used UMF via the “my account” page of my site, which allows users to view all orders. However, from the “Track Your Order” page of the site, the specific order ID is entered and the UMF plugin is available… which does not work (as described above). So the conflict is specific to this particular page, which I don’t have any idea how to manage or edit via the settings available.
I do desire further functionality so I want to purchase the premium version. Does it have the versatility to use it in both locations on my site, the Track Order page as well as My Account page?
Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Upload My File] Accessing Uploaded FilesI’d like to check the upload path as I don’t think there’s problems with the theme or plugins. How does one do this? This is not a setting within the Woo interface of the plugin.
Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Upload My File] Accessing Uploaded FilesHi Bart,
I’m not sure how else to ask the question more clearly.
When an order is placed, the user is brought to the order confirmation page. In order to access your plugin, the user must “track order” to pull up the order details. On this page, your plugin is accessible but when the user comes to “upload file”, makes his file selection, then clicks “upload”, nothing happens.
The page reloads and no file is uploaded.
In the order management side of WP Woocommerce, the order remains the same with no file attached.
I have tried with a default template, still the same. I have tried all the different settings, but they are very limited so I don’t see what could cause the problem. I am using the newest version of WP.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Billing_State Field broken@wooassist, thanks for the response. i got it figured out, or at least good enough for now. it seems if i want to remove the country field, or only sell to the US, it blows up the state field. as long as i have the billing country available for the entire world, everything works fine.

In reply to: [Conditional WooCommerce Checkout Field] Use multiple IDs seperated by comma?Similarly, I would like to use this for product categories rather than by item. Is that possible?
@leowys Have you come across any better plugins you’d recommend that would accomplish this?
Same issue. Once a returning customer comes back, they are unable to access the custom fields in the checkout process. Has anyone found a solution to this problem or is this plugin abandoned?
