I have the same problem and been trying to get help with this for over a months without any reply at all.
I would also love to make my blog section display feature images in a grid rather than in a list, (like on the demo homepage). However, they keep ending up in a list no matter if I use the blog page or a category. What make the list look really bad is that the images are blown up out of porportion, creating a realy bad quality in some of the images. I do not want the images to take up the whole page!
Also, if I post the posts as “Image” they show on the first page as well, not only in the blog or category where I want them. If I post them as “Gallery” they don’t show on the first page which is good but they still end up in a list with huge images no matter what I try to do.
Please advice.
