In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Visual editor buttons missing after activated FSD CDNHi Bogdan,
yes, the issue was solved.
For the record, this was the reply I got from the support that pointed me in the right direction:
=============
Hello,
I disabled W3TC plugin entirely, changed /etc/hosts to get your actual server’s data and can’t see Visual / Text tabs anyway.
So looks like it’s not related to W3TC, or you can reproduce it some way?
But I noticed some of wp-admin pages are still cached by cloudfront while they should not.
It’s a sign of changed cloudfront configuration overriding it’s default behavior.It order to force cloudfront to not cache wp-admin/ pages — you may add a “wp-admin/*” Path pattern and switch off caching entirely once matched.
Here is more info: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/distribution-web-values-specify.html#DownloadDistValuesCacheBehavior

In reply to: [Merge + Minify + Refresh] Change host for link preloadFor the record, I solved that by putting in wp-config.php the following code:
define('MMR_CSS_CACHE_URL','https://cdn-url.com/wp-content/mmr'); define('MMR_JS_CACHE_URL','https://cdn-url.com/wp-content/mmr');
However I still think this feature should be documented better, or ideally the user should see a back-end option.
For the rest, the plugin is perfect!

Thanks lolobu for the suggested workaround.
We are kindly waiting for a definitive solution from the author.

Nevermind the last post, it turned out to be…
Facebook services down for 2 hours here in europe!I confirm everything works just fine right now.
Thanks again!
Now Twitter works…
but Facebook stopped working! (it does not show anythin, nor track likes into GA).It is just me?
Thanks!
Hi,
I have updated manually the plugin, but now Twitter and +1 disappeared altogether! I checked the config and they should still be there.
Added: Google+ reappears if I disable Twitter.
Thanks
Hi,

Thanks.Plugin updated, tracking enabled, twitter stopped to work.
