Hi Yeni,
I have checked my php logs, nothing shows up in relation to this issue.
I even deleted the php logs, tried to deactivate wp-AIO again, waited for the site to become unresponsive again. Re-enabled the plugin, waited for the site to come back up, and still had no new errors in my php log.
Is there anything else you’d like me to check?Hi Yani,
Have you had a chance to take a look at this?

Hi Yani,
I have done the following:
1. Opened the error_log file
2. Deactivated the AIO-WP-Migration plugin via the WordPress toolkit
3. Waited several minutes for the website to come back up
4. Confirmed that there were no errors being written to the error_log
5. Checked /var/log/syslog for any errors on the server (There were none)
6. Reactivated the plugin via WordPress Toolkit and the site came back up instantly.
I have also tried deactivating all other plugins and then leaving yours until last, but as soon as I deactivate it, everything dies as usual.
Happy to make an account for you to look at it, but I must say that it’s super strange!

In reply to: Spaces after PHP tags on many files.Hi james,
I know that it’s not supposed to be there.
I think it may have something to do with the php intl extension I installed.I highly doubt that the account was hacked as the user doesn’t even have login details and the security measures i have in place are extremely high.
I’ve got scanners which block any files with php content from being uploaded.
and I have IP based restrictions on the server. as well as bruteforce protection server wide for both Account access and WP access. So the chances of it being hacked are quite low.
Celenie,
Thanks for your message.
You may want to try and contact your host and ask them to disable Mod Security for your account. then run the import and get them to reactivate it.
I’m not sure exactly weather it was ModSec or Pyxsoft that was causing the issue, But what Pyxhsoft does is it scans all incoming files being uploaded via HTTP, and because this plugin is so advanced, it probably detects some suspicious behavior when importing the site again.
If you cant get them to disable ModSec, You may need to migrate manually.
Unless there is a way you can upload the file via FTP and then import it like that, Which I believe you need to purchase that function.Best bet would be to ask your host. Good luck ??
I had the same issue, Here’s how I fixed it.
I disabled (turned off) ModSecurity for the account I was Importing from and exporting to and retried it and it worked fine.
Note: I also use an after market security plugin called Pyxsoft on my Server and I believe this could’ve been the issue, By disabling ModSec on an account, it will disable the Pyxsoft scanner too.
Hope this helps people in the future.

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Asking for Json fileI’ve just answered my own question.
I disabled (turned off) ModSecurity for the account I was Importing from and exporting to and retried it and it worked fine.
To make it easier for people to find the solution the error displayed was
Invalid archive file. It should contain package.jsonNote: I also use an aftermarket security plugin called Pyxsoft on my Server and I believe this could’ve been the issue, By disabling ModSec on an account, it will disable the Pyxsoft scanner too.
Hope this helps people in the future.
