I have added 2 postcodes, but does only look at lowest fees.
Example i have test with:
60800000 fees 15R$
61880000 fees 25R$
If i do test order then it only returns with 15R$ with zone 61880000

So i tried:
608* fees 15R$
618* fees 25R$
If i do test order then it only returns with 15R$ with zone 61880000
