    Thank you for your quick response, I have just disconnected it now and will appeal again. I have not been able to get it to sync at all with the Merchant Centre so far and no indication why it hasn’t synced, more investigation to be done but will check out the other plugin as well.

    Hey Ken, experienced the exact same, it was at the recommendation of Google Search and subsequently Google Merchant Centre that I installed and setup the plugin, like yourself had to create a new google ads account and link it, the following day this was suspended without warning.

    Were you successful after disconnecting the ads account in getting it restored and did you go for another plugin and if so which one is that?
