I’m trying to get someone who is more knowledgeable to look into it – what I was really wondering was whether you’ve gotten complaints about the people who work for Google using robots and spiders as a blunt weapon to “punish” people who criticize Google. I don’t know if the apparent attack on my blog has anything to do with Google or the story I wrote criticizing Google for age discrimination. The fact is that my blog worked fine for years until I wrote the story. Then someone/something effectively brought my blog to a standstill that has caused a drastic decline in search engine traffic and has created so much static that few readers can get in. Aside from the aggravation and expense, it would be very worrisome if Google retaliated against my site by making it invisible because I exercised her First Amendment right of free speech.
