This is expected behavior for the DX Delete Attached Media plugin, as it requires more resources to delete a large amount of media files attached to a gallery or post/page.

We have created an internal task and added it to our development calendar. The team will investigate this report.

Our current recommendation is to remove fewer files, as you mentioned above.

Easy Image Gallery has no limit on images, but they will be displayed on the entire gallery page, and there is no pagination if that works for you.

However, you can try out the plugin on your staging before going live to see if it will work well for you.

Regrettably, the DX Delete Attached Media plugin is not compatible with the NextGen Gallery plugin, and as of this moment, our plugin is not functional for you. The reason behind this is that DXDAM is unable to detect the Page ID of the gallery, as it returns a value of 0.

The DX Delete Attached Media feature is compatible with Post, Page, and Product IDs. In the event that images are added to these properties, they will be visible in the DXDAM dashboard.

We will patch this in one of the next WP-CRM System plugin updates, but we cannot commit to an exact date at this time as we have other priorities ahead for our plugin.

First time we have a report like that, and we have the plugin working on thousands of websites, but in any case we’ll try to reproduce and see if there is something to be fixed.

We have added a task to our bug tracker and the QA team will look into this. We will let you know again as soon as we have more information.
