this is an old thread, but since it’s still open, thought I’d bump it up.

Having the same issue with Paypal Standard.
No matter what theme I try. Currently testing with the default Twenty 14.
Fresh install.

Paypal account status is fine, Business, verified and all that.

Have triple checked the settings and have been in touch with Paypal. They say it’s our site issue.

I spent 10 minutes looking for it!
It’s at the bottom of the Jetpack dashboard, barely visible on the green background.

Looking to do the same…

I went the lazy route for moment: added a .hidden class to the ‘results-per-page’ table row right in the plugin file ??

I created my own template (better-search-template.php in my theme) and for the most part I got it to look the way I want, but I don’t see a line that would help me get rid of that row. It doesn’t have a class either – that way I could at least hide it.

Sounds like a cache problem, have you tried clearing it?
Btw, in my experience Firefox is the worst with cache.

Sorry I wasn’t clear – it stopped showing TOC *everywhere*, including on the calendar page. Even with the minimum number of headings set to 4 (Calendar page has 8 headings).

And I did misunderstand: thought restrict path would NOT show TOC on those pages. I think I got it now.

It saved the path as /calendar/ but hid the TOC from every page.

The path exclusion doesn’t work. My installation is at IP/~username/

Would like to exclude the IP/~username/calendar page. Tried both /calendar, and calendar without the slash, but the TOC shows anyway.

It doesn’t save the inclusions for me. Not sure if it’s just on my installation or a bug?

I set it to 20. The TOC isn’t suitable for all content in my case. Some pages are very short, in others the switch tabs have headings and I don’t need TOC for pages with the switch tabs.

Yes, I suppose I could change the switch tab headings to a class instead of H4 but would mean hacking another plugin ?? Plus, it’s easier to maintain fewer styles.

Are you around? I waited and waited for you to check the page, but then went back to the settings I actually need ?? I can turn on the settings that don’t work for me – if you’re around!
