Is there another fix coming out? 3.43? I have worked on this for hours and days and tried every different which way to fix it and it still will not update the database to 3.42 so I can access the admin menu, do you think that this issue could be for users of the software that have numerous posts? I have over 2000+ posts.. its crazy! and I know the security issues with 3.41, I got an email from my host that files were hijacked and spam emails were sent from my account using the wordpress software, I really have to get this working or move on to other software and I do not want to do that because I love the wordpress layout!

Well, I did a reinstall of 3.41 and it worked! minus the content folder of course. Looks like I am stuck with 3.41 for now. ?? thanks for your help Esmi, please let me know if there is anything I can do to get the update to work.

No luck Esmi.. Is there some sort of rollback or repair that can be initiated?

I was running the version previous to this one. No I do not have a pre-upgrade database backup.

I attempted all the steps once again to see if I had maybe missed something.. It still has the same issues. Nothing in the error logs either.

If it helps any, I tried using firefox and also IE, still no luck.

Turned on debug mode and enabled error logging and I am not showing any issues.
