this happens to me as well but only a few will come through without any metadata and other orders have the expected added metadata. no errors, no logs. nothing indicating that something failed.

I’m still looking for a solution or any indication as of to why this is happening.

I’ve had the same issue. They were pretty responsive at first but now have fallen off a cliff. I’ve even tried submitting on their site but it gets blocked by a WordFence plugin.

I’m using Woocommerce Subscriptions.

I personally use wp-rocket and it works pretty good.

Well in that case I did everything right, and still after I hit the submit button nothing happens.

Does the page slug & title have to be called ‘ask’?

That’s the only thing that’s different. Everything else was done like the instructions.
