well my temporary solution was to set the height of the image on mobile, which stretches it, and blur the heck out of it. at least the image now displays behind the post text fully. will worry about removing the blur and having it look right another time.

I believe changing the default event page layout resolved the issue…. tried a few different settings changes and now things are displaying properly.

1) yes I’m using v1.9.8.2
2) no changes to session configuration have ever been altered on hosting environment.I have disabled all other plugins and error messages remain as well.

In reply to: [Passster - Password Protect Pages and Content] JSON errorit appears to be a conflict with our theme, LayersWP. It’s broken when using the Layers page theme, but not when using default theme.
It also prevented me from uploading photos to a gallery. Reverting back to the 1.7x plugin from the thread referenced in my OP, resolved both issues.
