In reply to: [Contact Form 7] No Joy with CF7 – form submission fails@buzztone – I completely agree with that statement. In full disclosure, it was the hosting provider that evaluated the php.ini files, determined that the issue was with the file and made the change.
Once it worked for the first one, I applied the same changes to a separate site. I admit I rode the lightning on that one and made the change, knowing I could replace the original php.ini if the change didn’t work.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] No Joy with CF7 – form submission failsThe root level of a shared hosting environment, was where the php.ini file I modified was located. I just renamed it php.ini.bak to disable it and things started functioning properly again.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] No Joy with CF7 – form submission failsThe issue that plagued our site, one which I have not seen mentioned on other threads, was an issue with the php.ini file that was directing the site to process email differently, and conflicting with the plugin.
The solution that worked for me, was to disable the php.ini file and force the site to use the default php.ini file that is stored elsewhere on the server (per the hosting provider’s feedback).
Once doing that, the plugin and forms worked successfully again. Hope it helps someone else!
Found the troubleshooting page, and managed to get rid of the fatal error.
Thanks.
yes we did resolve it, I did not realize that by installing the plugin you did not need to follow through with the user setup after invites are sent out. Simply by being logged in as the user you want to be associated with your clef account, you are good to go.
Thank you very much for your time and clarification!
thank you for the quick response. after disabling BPS, an renabling it, there was a warning statement related to W3 Cache… apologies for incorrectly pointing the finger at BPS, looks like it was a conflict or configuration with the cache plugin… appears to be working correctly now with BPS enabled.
I will walk through the troubleshooting steps as well to narrow down the possible issue.
Thanks again.

In reply to: New Playlist version doesn't work on MobileI’m having the same issue with the wordpress plugin, no playlists on mobile.
sweet jeebus that was it – facepalm – thanks for the guidance and supportive feedback, I appreciate it very much.
with all plugins disabled & a default theme, the site works fine when logged out. enabling just the security plugin and a default theme, then logging out breaks the site.
some server settings, hopefully this is what you were referencing:
cPanel Version 11.42.0 (build 24)
Apache version 2.2.26
PHP version 5.3.28
MySQL version 5.5.37
Architecture x86_64
Operating system linux
Perl version 5.10.1
Kernel version 2.6.32-431.11.2.el6.bl1.1.6_1.x86_64
cPanel Pro 1.0 (RC1)yes I have, with all plugins disabled but the security plugin, I receive the error.
I only saw the statement after re-enabling the plugin.
I tried enabling the plugin, then activating a default theme as suggested, then logging out…. Viewing the site displayed a message saying the site was being updated, and I could not access the site front end.

In reply to: [iCafe Library] books link to blank page & book list is not alignedgood to hear fiori076, I wish it had resolved the issue for me as well. I tried changing and resetting my permalinks to post-name, and it still just reloads the page blank.
Any thoughts?

In reply to: [iCafe Library] books link to blank page & book list is not alignedFYI, my permalinks are set to the propper post-name structure. I see that is a common reason for this type of issue, but I’m still experiencing the blank page when clicked on, even with the proper permalink structure.
