  • I’ve updated the plug in on my site, but still get the same message on mobile devices (iPhone, iPad and Android): “(X) Error! Something went wrong! Please try again later. [Ok]”. The message appears when you click on a folder in the gallery or any of the available buttons (like refresh). I’ve cleared the cache (under WP Dashboard > Google Drive > Settings > Tools > Clear Cached Files). This fixed the issue on the laptop, but not on the mobile devices. Note, I am using the free version.

    Update: I get the error when I’m not logged in as an admin (which is the case on my devices and also another computer). On the computer that I’m logged into, I’ve logged out of the WP site, refreshed and experienced the messages. I logged back in as admin, and the plug in functioned as normal.
