I was thinking about following the same logic used in the shortcodes (unless there is a better thought). So if an event would only show up in past-events shortcode, put past-event and if it only shows in the future events, future-event. If something shows up that it would show in multiple filters, include both classes.

I mean in the list that shows all the events, a column that shows the Event Categories for each event.

I could not get that to work. In the FAQ at the bottom of the plugin page – it explains that there are no other dateformat options – is there a way I can change the General setting for the Date to show day of the week?

Yes, that makes sense now that we looked into it more – but how about allowing menus to change when Memberships expire? This is the problem we are having and seems that others using these plugins and controlling menu options by Roles and Memberships will have similar things come up when the Membership expires.

Ideas how best to handle that without trying to code around it to force to another Role type or something?
