I followed the WordPress support guide on using the phpMyAdmin and changed jel0_options_value field to a:0:{}. My site url upfnp.com still isnt showing correctly. When I try to go to the admin page, now I’m getting a “Error establishing a database connection” message. Please advise. Did I make it worse??
