Hi, yes, the products where visible before, i can remember i did something with the pretty permalinks in the premium setting and a filter setting in the basic settings.

I have flushed the permalinks again with no success….

The product page type in the Premium options is “Tabbed Product Page”.
I’ve set the selected layout “add Tabs” on the product Page tab.

Removing the commas is not an option for me, it’s strange because it worked before, this was the answer of EWD at that time:

However, the filtering should still work despite the comma in the name. In the plugin options, is Product Search set ” Name, Description and Custom Fields”? You may also want to turn on AJAX filtering and case-insensitive search.

It worked okay as of version V3.5.41
Now i’m on 3.9.12 and it is not working correctly anymore, i do not now as from which version the problem started, i’m still in testmode.

I didn’t do anything special, just updated the UPCP plugin and a few other plugin’s

If you tick for example Brood, Herman in the checkbox of filter “Kunstenaar”, it should show 1 painting but it’s not showing anything.

It’s working now!

P.s. My list of Artists is very large, for now, the filtering with the checkbox is oke but when i have entered all the names it will not be a good solution for me, it will not look nice on the webpage due to the many names.

It would be nice if we have the possibility in thumbnail view to chose between a dropdown also for the filter, especially with many fields in a filter it would look much better on the webpage….Just a little thought… ??

Yes i know, the SEARCH field is working oke, that’s not the problem

Try the following;

– empty search field
– select a name from the FILTER list “Kunstenaar”

You will notice that UPC does not show a result, it gives the message “No products found”

I think you don’t understand exactly what i mean, i do not want to filter characters out, i want to use the “,” in the name because i want to sort on Last name, at the moment the filtering is not working with the “,” inside the text.

So in short, i want the filter to work with a “,” character in the text.
This is not the case right now….
