If debug mode is enabled, the rewritten URLs (if any) will be listed down in your HTML code so you can preview them. They are NOT applied yet, so nothing will be changed.

So you may want to enable Debug mode and see if the plugin is doing its job or not.

About YSlow not recognizing CoralCDN, I really don’t see it as a problem. YSlow is just a tool anyway.
About your feature, actually I’m working on another plugin that target the commerical CDN’s, and it’s in testing phase. Stay tuned!
