You can fix this issue by change line 1290 in file learnpress\inc\lp-template-functions.php

from
learn_press_get_template( ‘single-course/popup.php’ );
to
learn_press_get_template( 'global/js-template.php' );

The cause of thiss issues is come from Download Monitor, it make LearnPress work not correct.
Comment line 141 in file download-monitor/includes/class-dlm-shortcodes.php will resolve this issue.

May be have conflict with your activated WordPress theme.
Try activate default theme of WordPress (ex: twentyseventeen) and let me know what happen with LearnPress.

But we have “Content Drip” addon for LearnPress. It not work extract as you want, but may be it useful in some case :).

Please describe more about VAT option, some screenshot may be helpful.

You can override the template of LearnPress plugin to change ‘Enroll’ text.
The ‘Enroll’ text is located in learnpress\templates\single-course\buttons.php file.
