I cannot upgrade my wordpress to 2.8.4 automatically or manually. the last time i tried manually i had to restore my whole site. The error message i get is

Unable to locate WordPress Root directory.

Installation Failed

Urgent help as cannot upgrade any of my plugins either.

I am trying to upgrade to wordpress 2.8.4

THis is the message i get when i try upgrade autimatically.
