Seems you have replaced Photo Gallery plugin with another plugin. Please note that if you still want to use our plugin, please activate it and publish gallery on a page. So, we will be able to check the issue.

Please navigate to a Page/Post and click on the shortcode of the Gallery. Afterwards, please make sure that you have Image click action set to Open lightbox in Lightbox section.

Hi,
Please note that we have Custom Posts functionality. Activating this setting you can display Photo Gallery custom posts with new menu items (Galleries, Albums, Gallery tags) under WordPress admin menu. For activating this setting you should navigate to Options > General > Show custom posts > Yes. Please check the following gif.

We are sorry for the inconvenience you have faced!
Please note that currently Photo Gallery has an issue related to many images that are in the same folder. Our development team is working on fixing this issue now. It will be fixed and will be available in our new version of the Plugin in two weeks.
As regarding deactivation & activation of the plugin, you will not lose any data, however, it is hardly going to help.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. This problem might be a conflict with another plugin or your website theme. Do you recall installing a plugin or changing an option lately?
Please try to deactivate the plugins one by one and check your gallery each time. See whether the problem persists after deactivating all other plugins. You can re-activate them again after you finish the troubleshooting.
Also, please temporarily switch the website theme and check if the issue occurs.

Please note, that if you have an SEO plugin, such as Yoast, it automatically adds all Custom Post Types (and Taxonomies) to the sitemap that is used by Google and other search engines.
You will need to explicitly exclude them from the sitemap. For instance, in Yoast, this is in XML Sitemaps settings page under the Post Types/Taxonomies tab.

We checked your gallery and noticed that there are many errors and warnings on the page. The issue could be a conflict with another plugin or your website theme.
Please try to deactivate the plugins one by one and check your gallery each time. See whether the problem persists after deactivating all other plugins. Also, please temporarily switch the theme as well and test the gallery.
You can re-activate them again after you finish the troubleshooting.
