Being a long-time user, I have every confidence.

In reply to: [Link Library] No search recordsOh yes, I see. I don’t have mine set up like that. There are a lot of different options in the backend, if you want to experiment, but it can be quite complicated.
The plugin author will apparently be back in a few days.

In reply to: [Link Library] No search recordsHi @dandreas ??
I am just a user like you, but for the search results, I think you can add shortcode for all links (below) and then the search results will display too.
[link-library settings="1" linkorderoverride="pubdate"]

In reply to: [Link Library] How To: display all links (not split by cat)Thanks for your prompt replies & support, as always.
Wishing you a safe trip.

In reply to: [Link Library] How To: display all links (not split by cat)Thanks! That works as required on my search page – all results are listed without being separated into cats.
But this means that I lose my custom css that is targeting the 2 categories on my links page.
So I wonder … is it possible to leave this option unchecked: ‘Combine all results without categories’?(as I now have done) but then to extend the shortcode to ignore the cats ?

In reply to: [Simple Download Counter] Conflict with GiveWP? (backend error message)Thanks Jeff. I just checked again, and the issue still exists on my production site as above.
Error message breaking onto WP backend =
Failed to initialize plugin: sdc_download

at n (tinymce.min.js?ver=49110-20201110:2:96402)It seems weird that this error would exist on my production site, and that I could also recreate it in a completely different environment on a default TasteWP test site with different settings:
… could be something your theme is doing, something on the server, configuration, etc.
But no worries – I am happy to close this, till someone else pops up with the same issue. Thanks for your patience and perseverence.

In reply to: [Simple Download Counter] Conflict with GiveWP? (backend error message)Hi Jeff – thanks for your help, as always. ??
As said, I was able to recreate the error on default WP, plus SDC, plus 1 other plugin (LL).
I saw your support ticket over on LL, so I’m guessing that this issue only arises when SDC is installed at the same time as a badly coded plugin? Of which I am using at least 2! (LL and GiveWP).

In reply to: [Link Library] Slugs are not working anymoreHi BlogDrip @bremic
I am just a plugin user like you, but did you try to roll back? Does that fix (for now)?

In reply to: [Link Library] ADDLINK shortcode to display inline (not popup button)Done, thanks ! (A modest sum, as I am time-rich but cash-poor!)
And of course, I do understand this does not entitle me to anything, although you will likely be seeing support tickets and requests for new features ! ??
