I changed that area to read “Canada” under the Canada shipping profile and you must have tried to place an order after that. Or, your order didn’t go thru because it looks like an address in France?

I don’t think sending a copy of the order is going to solve anything because it was placed to an address in Germany, which Woo Commerce accepted, even though Germany wasn’t an option to ship to.

We’re 99% of the way there.
The update worked fine on two of the three listings. For the third listing, the thumbnail does show in the thumbnail area, but when you click on the thumbnail, the larger image is just blank white. If you open the first image in the zoom mode, and then click to the next image, the video is there.
So, the video thumbnail shows, and the video is there, but when you click on the video thumbnail, it shows white.

Why would your plug in require a high res image for a thumbnail?
I DID check each link, and each link DID return thumbnails, in different sizes. So, don’t know what you are looking at, since thumbnails ARE present for all three videos?
These all also DID have thumbnails when I first loaded them, but they went missing, along with ALL the other video thumbnails, as I already mentioned above.

That setting is already set on the plug in page and the thumbnails are NOT coming thru for these three items.
When I originally opened this thread, I told you that ALL video thumbnails were missing from my posts, and I had to go into each listing, resave, and then the thumbnails showed back up, EXCEPT for these three listings.
Did you look into these three that I reposted or are you just sending back generic responses?

On the last one, I did notice that the video is labeled as a “short” by Youtube. I didn’t set it or upload it that way, but I think if the video is short, Youtube makes it a short?
You are 10.5 hours ahead of us so I will upload the videos around midnight on Sunday (our Sunday/time) so they should be viewable by the time you are available. Thanks.
I don’t have the videos in the listings now because it looks stupid to not have thumbnails showing. I don’t want to add the videos again, and then wait another week to hear back from you. If you want to tell me when you will get around to looking at it, I can load the videos again, that day.

This isn’t working for us either and I’ve had no response to my ticket in over five days…
I still haven’t heard back from anyone or received any sort of resolution. Your newest updates don’t work. Next idea?
