at the posteditor there is [screen options] – just disable WP OSM Plugin.
But it looks like you just want a simple map with HTML code, have a look on this site:

the WP OSM Plugin Shortcode generator is just for the backend. There is no way to show it below the posts on the frontend.

I have looked at your page and post. It looks like you have an optimization plugin installed that differs between posts and pages.
Exclude osm plugin from optimization for posts.

WP OSM Plugin is compatible with Gutenberg editor – I do not know Avada theme and the challenges your are facing with this theme, but most time WP OSM Plugin was successfully integrated.
