Also, I add to my site frequently, should I disable caching when updating and then reenable every time?

What free caching and perfomance plug in would be best for me that let’s me purge it?

My host doesn’t support purging cache right now and told me to get a plug in.

I can’t afford something that is not free yet.

That did it. After I finish editing can I reenable them and be ok? Or are they stuck?

Thank you folks. I see now that when going to the site it starts with the wrong colors and then very quickly changes to the right colors, could there be any other problem. I did disable the cache plugin.

Ok, I figured it out, I went to the menu theme page and added those things, first by adding a photo and then making it into a cover block, then adding in the logo, title block, and navigation block.

Please disregard as I don’t need help on this now, at least I don’t think so.

The short answer is that I had to change my image to a cover and then add the title and logo, and once I did that I was able to move the navigator block inside also. Very tricky.

I’ve got it. Your help led me on the path to figuring it out! Yay.

Now I just have to figure out how to modify text size on all the different headers types.

I don’t want to use the included patterns, as I want to use my pile of picks photo already on there. I just want to put my title block, logo, and navigation bar within my photo. My site is about guitar picks.

Thank you. I did turn off my plugins and rechecked but that didn’t change anything in lighthouse. Is there a step I am missing?
