Noptin has no “Blocked” status. Only Pending, Subscribed, Unsubscribed, and Bounced. The text might have been wrongly translated.

Unsubscribed users won’t receive your newsletters.

Strange. What do you see when you click on Noptin > Settings > Custom Fields?

I’m not hating. I’m also a plugin dev. It’s just that this plugin cost me $500+ in sales because my Redis server failed. Had to switch to Litespeed cache which doesn’t break the site when Redis is down.

Unlike SQL, Redis is not required to run WordPress. Auto-deactivating the object cache when Redis is down is better than breaking the site. But hey, it’s your plugin so do with it as you wish.

Set up an external CRON job as shown in the linked article and see if it fixes your issue.

You can collect an unlimited number of subscribers whether you’re using the free or pro versions.

Noptin will send the second newsletter as soon as it finishes sending the first newsletter. We only send one newsletter at a time to avoid overloading your server.

Sending is done via CRON jobs and CRON jobs won’t work well if your site does not get enough traffic unless you set up external CRON jobs as shown in this guide:- https://wpspeedmatters.com/external-cron-jobs-in-wordpress/

Sorry to hear about that. I use the plugin on several of my own sites and I’ve not encountered anything similar.

For me to help you I’ll need to reproduce this on my end, which is why it is vital to provide more information and screenshots when seeking help.

Like who are you sending the emails to, what type of campaign you’re sending. Your plugin and WordPress versions. Are you using SMTP or not.

Your campaign settings under Settings > Send to.

That way I can try to reproduce the issue on my end.

I’m not able to reproduce this on any of our test sites. Temporarily disable all your other plugins and test to see if this is a plugin conflict.

If its not then send the following details:-

• WordPress version.
• Noptin version.
• Active theme and version (if this is available on www.ads-software.com).
• When this issue started.
• Any plugins related to post meta or custom fields that you might be using.

This will help us reproduce the issue on our end.

I guess you’re referring to the advanced form builder. We default to the simple form builder for sites running WooCommerce but you can enable the advanced form builder as shown in this guide:- https://noptin.com/guide/subscription-forms/creating-subscription-forms/#advanced-form-builder

I’m still not able to reproduce this on my test site. Is the product a variable product? Also are you placing the order via your site’s checkout or are you manually marking an order as complete?

This usually means that Noptin is unable to find an order to display in the preview.

What type of email are you trying to preview? Is there any order on your site that matches the conditions of the email that Noptin can use to generate the preview?

For example,

If you’re setting up an order cancelled email then Noptin won’t show a preview unless there’s a cancelled order on your site that it can use to render the preview.
