Hi there

Sorry to trouble you, but you have kindly been helping Glen with issues we have been having and I would be very grateful for some further assistance. Firstly, we still have the above outstanding issue of the numbers not corresponding on the Kashflow orders generated. Secondly (and most urgently), I have confirm,ed that we definitely are still not getting e-mails to the e-mail address entered when orders are generated on WooCommerce. I would be most grateful for your help on this.

I think that sounds like a brilliant solution – especially as kashflow wil then look for its own auto-generated invoice number but the woocommerce order would be the reference for the quote.

One more thing. Am I right in thinking that the plug-in creates an invoice in Kashflow?

Is it possible for it to create an ‘order’ instead so that our accounts dept. can automatically convert it to an invoice which follows Kashflows automatic invoice numbering?
