In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Dockets keep printing non stopUpdate for the user that may be helpful.
We fixed the issue, we used a fast server that does not use a control panel for WP to speed up the site. Using a plug called Purge Varnish. The Host made to server wide change, so as long as the printer is looking for one of the below urls, it will skip the cache:
wp-content/plugins/star-cloudprnt-for-woocommerce/cloudprnt/cloudprnt.phpIt kept putting the order in Queue.
Did you put the PHP link in the printer admin. That you have to copy from WordPress star plug in.
Watch this video, maybe you missed something.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] Not able to print Special NotesNo All add on of WP plug ins will work. I address this problem Star support, but it looks like a dead department for support with woo commerce. The forum have very high % of unsolved cases.
I know this plug in will work when it comes to add ons.

Maybe you can disable your add-on note and this to try this that can work together with yours. It allows you use the note of add on (Note for the Chef)Or you may need to find another plug in for your takeaway as they may name the fields a different name, so it will not print the note.

In reply to: [Star CloudPRNT for WooCommerce] mC-Printers BUZZER’sThanks Pipoline Yes I agree, I don’t know why Star did not cater for this problem having two types of Buzzers, the one they have for inside a restaurant for better sound control and a cheaper version that goes at the back inside the MC3Print. They don’t need an expensive buzzer in the kitchen, hanging outside the printer.

Now is 3+. I have downloaded the app on my phone, update the firmware of the printer. Then it works the printer will show.

In reply to: [Enable jQuery Migrate Helper] Is it safe to update to 5.5.with this warning.Thank you for your reply. The Theme Arthur is out of business no reach. I will not update to 5.5 stay where I am. End of the year I will buy a new theme and rebuild the site. It is very bad European timing this update 5.5. With no warning lots of people are on holidays and web developers are on summer shutdown.
Same issues, I am not updating to WP5.5 its still very new and lots of issues special for themes not updated by the author. I did update to 3.3.11 – still lots of problems I could only make it work with raw HTML codes not using the add gallery widget. I had to delete the page and recreate a new page with same name to remove hidden codes.
On my Host I have Jetpack installed, So I used my back up of last week. I could not fix it with plug in. I will not update WP5.5 and NextGEN 3.3.10
I had no response I told my host t bring back the site back before 10 August. Now it working.
WPbaker also comented on this problem as well.
The issue at your end is arising from one of the plugins which is dependent upon “jquery-migrate” which is no longer enabled by default in WordPress 5.5.
This plugin in-turn is affecting WPBakery Page Builder and causing the issue with backend editor.
To fix this, install the plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/) so that there is no such issue, until the plugin which causes the issue releases an update with a fix.
I have same issue today since update wp5.5, I had to disable the plug in for the site to work. Also conflicts with WPbaker.
