got it. and btw, i submitted a question on Webmaster forum weeks ago and never got a reply. I just posted another one.

?? Yeah I had added it a few places because doing 1 didnt work. So I added it to the head tag and via 3 different plugins. I eventually settled on just this schema plugin but I was trying to just throw everything plus the kitchen sink to get something to work. But I removed the script from the head tag and now it should just have the schema plugin.

And yes, all of the social media page links are the same.

Ended up having to delete and reinstall the entire plugin. so now i have the latest version.

i figured i needed to go into the host ftp files. i had never known of a way to change the file names from within the editor folder in my dashboard. I’ll try to do it via the host.

the only way i know of is to change the first part to something like
/<?php
rename(“_configCache.php”);
?>/

but that seems like it wouldnt work.

When i go to that location it says the file is “inactive”. There doesn’t appear to be a way to change the file name. Do you mind letting me know how to go about changing it. I hate messing with .php files because in my experience my site always fails afterward. but if you know a way i can give it a try.

also, what should be recreated?

it has always worked perfectly. I do web design and have WF installed on every site I manaage and all of theirs updated fine. I even added the option to have my WF on my own site update automatically but it still didnt update.

I just click install updates and do it with all of my other updates. I’ve never done it any other way.

This update will not install on my site. It keeps saying it can’t install the update.
“The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. tmp/configCache.php”

oh and i have the upgraded version.

and I’m sorry i am unable to show you the pages because i do not publish the pages when they look horribly distorted in the preview. I’m just hoping you have already heard of these issues and know the resolution. Thanks!

I went to the link you listed but I did not see anything on changing the layout of the categories list horizontally instead of vertically.

I also went into the plugin editor and saw lots of things called template for BD but I still didnt find anything related to the actual direction/alignment of the category list. In fact, I dont see any way to alter any of the aesthetics of any of the BD pages. I see no FORMATTING options. Just coding.

In addition, I had hoped to alter the page that the category options links to but again, I see no way to change the way that page looks. Right now it has a grey striped background style. I wanted to make it look differently.

Can you please tell me the location in the editor where I can alter the category list and the way the directory page actually looks. Thank you

Yes, i mentioned in my first note that it’s called Vantage Premium theme. It’s the paid version of the Vantage theme. thanks!
