Thanks for you responses but they didnt actually address my question.
The issue is that the admin’s name is showing up as a provider in the dropdown on the scheduler on the actual website. We’re not trying to change a name. The admin is not added as a staff member within the plugin. It looks as if the plugin is pulling the name of all USERS from the WordPress Users section instead of just using the names of the Staff we manually enter into the Scheduler plugin.
I deactivated all plugins and that didnt help and I temperorarily changed to 2016 theme and that didnt help. Thanks!
