- Log into your WordPress Admin area.
- Click on Plugins > Installed plugins.
- Scroll down to PW WooCommerce Gift Cards and click “Check for updates.”
- The page will refresh, then scroll back down and click on “Update.”

In reply to: [PW WooCommerce Gift Cards] Template – Gift Card Email: Variation Image code.I ran a quick test and the code is still valid. Make sure that you have a picture set on the gift card product. There could be another plugin that is interfering with the image being displayed.
Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one until you spot the problematic plugin and we can dig in further.

It removes the need for the purchasing customer to enter the recipient’s email address.

You only need to provide a title for the BOGO offer and once it has been added, all products are “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” (the lower-priced item will be free).
This is intentionally designed to be very simple. You can set up BOGO deals with other plugins once you understand the various options, we wanted to provide a BOGO solution that required almost no effort.
If the plugin does not work on your site after entering the BOGO title, please open a Support Thread and we will be happy to help!

Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one until you spot the problematic plugin and we can dig in further.

In reply to: [PW WooCommerce Gift Cards] 2 gift card on one gift card product ticketWhen I visit the link I don’t see the gift card product, however based on the description of the problem it sounds like your Theme is calling the WooCommerce hook “woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_quantity” twice.
We use the “woocommerce_before_add_to_cart_quantity” hook to add the To / From / Message fields for the gift cards. Try temporarily switching to the Storefront Theme from WooCommerce to verify that the issue goes away. If it works with the Storefront Theme, then it is definitely your Theme that is causing the duplicate form. Contact your Theme developer to find out how to fix the issue.
If the problem persists even when using the Storefront Theme, then the issue is being caused by another plugin. Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one until you spot the problematic plugin and we can dig in further.
We installed the WooCommerce Price Based on Country plugin however the automatic conversion feature is only available in the Pro version.
Since both plugins are Pro versions, we cannot offer support for this issue using the WordPress forums. Please contact us directly using the link above and we will see if there is anything else that we can do for a Pro user.

We will check compatibility with version 3.4.7 of the WooCommerce Price Based on Country plugin to see if it is possible to pull from the live currency conversion rate rather than the multiplier value.
www.ads-software.com doesn’t allow supporting Pro versions in their forums but the integration with the currency conversion plugin also applies to the WordPress version so we will reply back here once we have more information. Since this is a different question from the WordPress Multisite topic, please start a new support thread regarding this problem since WordPress prefers to have the threads stay on a specific topic.
When creating the support topic, include the name and version of the currency conversion plugin you are using as well as the version of PW Gift Cards. I’m marking this thread as resolved, we will continue the discussion in the new support thread. Thanks for understanding!
