The page layout depends on the theme design. I think this is how it would appear even when an order is placed with another payment method for products that are not quotable.

The theme support might be able to help you out with this.

Thank you for using the Quotes for WooCommerce plugin. I tested the plugin with WooCommerce 8.6.0 and the price is hidden on the products listing page as well as the single product pages based on settings.

Can you kindly let me know if you are using the latest version of the Quotes plugin or no? If not, please update to the latest version and test once more.

In case if you using the latest version and still face an issue, can you please let me know the WordPress, WooCommerce versions?

Have you recently updated the theme or any other plugins which might be causing a conflict?

Please replace the existing plugin file in wp-content/plugins/quotes-for-woocommerce/assets/css/qwc-frontend.css with the replace file.

Clear the cache and go to the front end and add a product with quote to the Cart from the single product page and check if the fix works.

I’ve checked this thoroughly. The best possible solution is to add a custom code which will allow you to charge fees for credit card on the WooCommerce payment page.

I presume that you would be using a plugin to add these fees for a normal WooCommerce order (without quote products) on the Checkout page.

You can can get in touch with the developer of the plugin to help you build this custom code. The developer can use his existing plugin settings to help you achieve the same.

The above code may help in hiding the fields, however it will result in validation errors from WooCommerce as the fields are still present on the page.

I tried replicating the issue at my end with the below versions:

Hello Elementor theme: 3.0.0

WordPress 6.4.2

WooCommerce 8.5.1

The fields were removed from the page as desired. So the issue was not replicated.

Can you kindly send me an email with the admin & FTP access to a staging/dev site where the issue is replicated?

I’ve looked at the the issue in detail on your site. Hiding the price amount span hides the entire cart as I had shown in the image earlier.

Have any custom CSS changes been made on the site or is the theme used as is?

Since the WooCommerce order has already been created, I don’t think it is possible to trigger the woocommerce_cart_calculate_fees action.

I think the best alternative here would be to identify an existing WooCommerce action that we may be able to use to add the fee amount based on the payment medium selected.

Please give me some time to investigate this further and I’ll get back to you on the same.
