Hi Sophia,

I’m able to replicate the bug you are talking about. This is not the default behavior of the Quotes plugin.

This might mostly be happening due to a conflict with another plugin on the site.

If you wish to stop the ‘Quotation Request’ email from being sent, can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and turn off the New Quote Request Sent email.

Yes, the plugin will be made compatible with WooCommerce blocks. I’ve fixed the Payment Gateway issue and am currently working on fixing some other features that are not working as desired when blocks are used.

I’ll share here once the compatibility with blocks is complete and released. In case if you need the payment gateway fix beforehand, please let me know here and I’ll send you the fixed files.

Unfortunately, the plugin is not compatible with orders created manually using WC > Orders page.

I’ll check into this and try to make it compatible with products that require quote soon.

Wondering, do you create lots of orders manually? The whole idea of this plugin is to hide the prices from the front end users and be able to assign prices based on requirements and other features.

Currently it is not possible to setup quotes based on user roles. The feature is a part of the Pro version which is in the final stages of development and will be released soon.

The quotes feature works for both simple and variable products. Can you please disable/enable quotes once more for simple products and check?

Also, please ensure you’ve setup the price for the simple products as well.

Did you try to debug the issue and see if the code in the functions.php is executed or no?
